Burn Survivors Throughout The World, Inc. is working in collaboration with the community to raise funds to provide support for a team of volunteers to travel to Israel in order to deliver necessary medical supplies, medications, and related equipment for the treatment of burn victims. These items will be distributed to accredited medical care facilities and medical care providers. The team will also make psychological care through support groups and one-on-one therapy available to those afflicted.

Consistent with the outbreak of war in the Middle East, many casualties have occurred to the Israeli people. Due to the severity of injuries which have occurred, largely caused by rocket fire, BSTTW has created the BSTTW Israeli Recovery Project (BIRP).

Israeli soldiers and civilians have suffered burn injuries and related psychological trauma caused by the explosions and the terror of this war. Humanitarian and medical assistance is needed immediately to supplement the overstressed resources of the Israeli people in order to provide adequate, reasonable and necessary services to the region.

BIRP will immediately commence this project by generating financial and physical resources through fund raisers and corporate contributions globally.

BIRP will then provide the medical necessities and treatment to the afflicted burn victims, military and civilian, of the State of Israel through accredited medical care facilities and providers.<

BSTTW is well experienced in reaching out to burn victims throughout the world in times of need. BSTTW is currently working in Africa, Argentina, Canada, France, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Iraq, Israel, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Slovenia, Spain, Tanzania, the UK, the United States and Viet Nam.
