Burn Survivors who register and are accepted to take part in the PTEP

will receive a free 4 fluid oz. bottle of the newly upgraded skin care product Prosanol
that will be shipped to them for free. All that is asked of anyone who receives a free bottle of
Prosanol is that they use the product for a minimum of 21 days, keeps records on the use of
the product, take the PTEP Questionnaire and if they are willing to take pictures of the changes in their dry skin area.
You have from February 1, 2012 to October 30, 2012 to apply for the
Prosanol Test Evaluation Project.
