BSTTW is very proud to announce that SoThink has donated their FlashPioneer Video Chat (FVC) software to BSTTW. The BSTTW Live Chat (BLC) allows you to communicate with other uses by keyboard, verbally and using a video camera. That allows all of our users who have that capability to see and hear each other. With the BLC you do not have to install anything into your computer. The BLC works on our internet server. All you need is the following requirements in your computer:

X86-compatible CPU (PII, 500MHz or better)
256 MB available RAM 100 MB of available disk space

All BLC users must abide by the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

1. All information discussed in the BLC is private and should not be discussed outside of the BLC 2. Do Not "Stalk" another 3. Do Not harm adults and/or minors in any way 4. Do Not Uuse strong, vulgar, obscene or otherwise harmful language, Racially, ethnically or otherwise, objectionable language 5. Harassing, intimidating, stalking or threatening other community members, Libelous
6. Do Not impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to an Imaginova official, forum leader, moderator, guide or host or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. 7. Do Not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Communication transmitted on, to or through any of our Sites or any Services. 8. Do Not impersonate of another person 9. Do Not Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the applicable Site are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges. 10. Posting, distributing, transmitting or promoting illegal content 11. Invasion of another's privacy 12. Actions that are hurtful to anyone at the BLC and/or outside the BLC 13. Posting, providing, transmitting or otherwise making available any materials or information infringing on the rights of a third party 14. Posting, providing, transmitting or otherwise making available any junk mail or spam 15. Posting, uploading, emailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains any malicious computer code, or reverse engineering or hacking any materials on the BSTTW Internet Site. 16. Do Not Violate any applicable United States local, state, national or international law

The BSTTW Live Video/Voice Chat Software can be found at http://www.burnsurvivorsttw.org/chat/livechat.html. If this is your first time you should become a registered user, next you should login. You will find several chat rooms. Some of the chat rooms are open to the public and others require a password to get in.

If you have any questions or would like to at a different time or need to chat with the BSTTW Support Team please email BSTTW at chat@burnsurvivorsttw.org. You can also contact the BSTTW Support Team by going to BSTTW Support Team E-Form. If you have an emergency you can contact BSTTW at the BSTTW Emergency E-Form. When you get to the E-Form you must fill out everything that is required then and send it BSTTW. A BSTTW Support Team Member will respond within 24 hours and set up either a fact to face meeting, an emergency chat or telephone call.
