BSTTW is currently using a Live Chat program that allows all of our users to communicate using their keyboard, video and voice. That allows all of our users who have that capability to see and hear each other. You must download the BSTTW Live Chat Software and install it into a computer. You can download the software at http://www.burnsurvivorsttw.org/chat/BSTTW_Live_Chat_Setup.exe. Once the software is downloaded and install follow the instructions below:

Instructions:

1. Click you BSTTW Icon on your desktop to open the BSTTW Live Chat
2. If you are not a registered Member you should click Register.
3. If you are a registered user; Enter your Username
4. Enter you Password
5. Click Login

If you have any questions or would like to at a different time or need to chat with the BSTTW Support Team please email BSTTW at chat@burnsurvivorsttw.org. You can also contact the BSTTW Support Team by going to BSTTW Support Team E-Form. If you have an emergency you can contact BSTTW at the BSTTW Emergency E-Form. When you get to the E-Form you must fill out everything that is required then and send it BSTTW. A BSTTW Support Team Member will respond within 24 hours and set up either a fact to face meeting, an emergency chat or telephone call.

BSTTW has a public chat room that offers over 20 languages. Meet other burn survivors, get and give support and make new friends.
