In Country 2002
The people in Viêt Nam you can see
Thirty years later they are not free
American/Asian faces so many are here
US men created them for the women to bear
Having to leave so many behind
Most Americans did not understand the grind
In the south you can see in many eyes
Memories of so many GI's
The anger I do not feel in the air
People are being extremely fair
This is my second time on this land
More I am beginning to understand
Let's work together and help who did not fall
Helping fix the destruction of the governments who made the call
This type of healing can do much for us all
Children, men & women that did & did not fall.
